Who is Lady Chef?
Molly discovered her passion for food and cooking at a young age which led to her first kitchen job at 14. Since then she has worked her way up the ranks in various well-known restaurants, pubs and hotels around the Bristol area. Molly got a lot of her inspiration from Harvey Nichols where she was working alongside strong women with a drive to work hard and develop great dishes. It was here she learnt the importance of showcasing the natural flavours of food and letting it speak for itself. Whilst she is trained in traditional French cuisine, Molly combines the classic approach with modern cooking techniques to create rich flavours. Her favourite cuisines include French, Middle Eastern, Mexican and Caribbean and these inspire her dishes.
With her happy childhood memories surrounding great food and her drive to carry this passion into her adult life, Molly gained the experience needed to open her own business, Lady Chef.
Lady Chef was created with one of the main goals being to put the love back into food. Using only the freshest and best available ingredients, you can rest assured that your food will be prepared the healthiest way. We are conscious about the ingredients we are using and the way we are cooking it without compromising the flavours.
